RiproLecithin 97P is a Soya Lecithin Powder made from NON-GMO soybean. The content of phospholipids is more than 97%. It is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine(PC), phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and phosphatidylinositol(PI), oil free, and with a light yellowish color. Because it is highly soluble in oil, it is used in an easy way as an emulsifier and stabilizer in Chocolates, Confectionery and other Food Additives.
